How to cancel The Town Talk subscription ⁉️

User reviews

Awful!

I can’t access the digital edition. It says “loading”. It has been loading for days. I will be cancelling

Extraordinarily Touchy and Difficult to Use

I purchased a subscription to search a portion of the paper. The app and the web based browser are horrible to try to navigate. You have to go through multiple layers to find older issues and the pop up ads and overall page view are so touchy that it’s far more trouble than it’s worth. The editions section only shows itself sometimes.

Horrid App

Too many issues to list. Still waiting on Town Talk to contact me.

Quit working completely.

Loads very briefly, then crashes.

Absolutely awful app.

From a 48 year subscriber... Why can’t I just read each page of the paper?

August 2, 2021
I second the above question. If there is anything in this publication other than the obituaries it is unavailable on line. All I can do is scroll down through a handful of stories, mostly sports, on the opening screen, then the screen bounces back to the point it initially opened. Forget reading the paper front to back, page by page. Not possible. I wasted two hours one day talking to whatever passes for tech support trying to get help, and got no improvement. I have quit wasting time trying to learn anything from this paper, other than who has died. Hank Bruser
