Defective app
This app is defective. I have to walk into TCB or call them EVERY SINGLE TIME I want to look at my bank statements or balance or use the app. The feature that sends you log in codes also hasn’t worked in years. I feel disrespected by TCB due to the fact that they haven’t fixed their software. There isn’t very many banks in the world that have broken software. GET IT FIXED TRI COUNTY BANK!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great App A+
This app has worked great for me ever since I downloaded it two years ago. After a lengthy period of time you need to answer your security questions to verify your identity. This is the only thing that I would (maybe) consider a negative, but on the flip side it is good to know that my account and personal information is being taken care of and secure!!! A minor setback in logging in is small potatoes compared to a empty account or identity theft! This App and the Try-county bank come highly recommended.

What a stupid app. Absolutely useless. Won't even allow you to log in. Tri Counties should be embarrassed. I'm switching to Chase for a better mobile banking experience!

Why make this available if it doesn't work!? Just another's disappointment after the north valley bank merger! I gave them a chance ... Guess it's time to find a new bank :(
Doesn't even work
As soon as you load the app and insert your username it just gives you a error every time. Tried to delete and reinstall. Still the same error. Waste of time.
