My boy loved TabTale's apps, so I paid to upgrade quite a few of them to the full versions without ads. But lo and behold, the ads are back, bigger and more intrusive than ever! I feel really conned by this company.
The Ugly Duckling
Enjoyed reading this to my granddaughter. I like how it has the options to read aloud or be read to. She also liked tapping the little games that added characters. However, I don't feel that the extra icons on the sides of it explains how to use them well enough. Advertising banner at the bottom of each page is annoying.also, I keep getting an annoying window asking my email address and doesn't explasin why

I like the story because the picture is beautiful and nice forest the story teaches me not to hate ugly people.

The Ugly Duckling
One of the few free books that my 3 yr old Granddaughter returns to time after time. Beautiful illustrations and multiple activities on each page. Auto read or read-it-myself grows with her reading skills. Planning to download more Tabtale books now.
