Poor app design.
Love the shop. LOVE the shop. And for the LONGEST I kept thinking they needed an app. But this app isn't good, and maybe it's still in development? If I want to make an appointment through the APP....the app shouldn't send me to the Ultimate Barber Appointment website page. That defeats the purpose of the APP. The app should have a system where it syncs up with the appointment system at the shop itself. So there wouldn't be a need to go through the website- unless the user didn’t know about the app. Apps are supposed to make things easier, not add an extra step. Within the app customers should be able to make appointments and check availabilities without the official website. I did love the last minute appointment feature, but you guys are always booked so I'm not sure how'd that work exactly. Just improve the app some more and the user experience.
