So behind the curve
This app feels like it hasn’t been upgraded since 2015 lol. Apparently my bank has Zelle built in for 2 years now yet nowhere to find it in the app. Can’t verify Apple Pay through the app like other banks. Needs major Ui upgrades asap crazy how slow it is
Terrible App
This bank has the most difficult app of all the banks. The statements are ridiculously difficult to print. Must print one, close the app, open the app, print another statement, close the app, rinse, repeat. Absolutely ridiculous.
I like the bank, just not the app
It's so laggy and unreliable as other people said. It's so easy to get locked out while trying to log in. It's an unpleasant experience and a lot of the times I have to use the website instead of the app making the app pretty much useless

This app is horrible!! I constantly have issues!! I’m always locked out even though I always put in the correct information! The app will just shut off/down right in the middle of a transfer etc! It’s super annoying and truly thinking about switching banks just because of this stupid app! It definitely needs lots of work!😡😤😤😡

It’s okay for the basics.
My issues with is app are:
It’s far behind most other banks.
It logs me out 5 seconds after logging in OFTEN.
The login button won’t work but when I restart the app it’ll be fine.
Zelle CONSTANTLY disappears.
Over all it’s fine for checking balances and keeping track but I’m just not a fan of this bank anymore, they’ve screwed me too many times 🤷🏻♀️

Sometimes when I try to log in it says unavailable and I am unable to do any banking.
Very unreliable
It is always getting updated or it won’t let me log in. It says my connection is bad, which it’s not. Or it won’t let me log in because it can’t verify my credentials, which they aren’t even wrong. I would not recommend this app at all. Extremely unreliable in the sense I can’t look at my account without having to call them. And the phone service is only available during their business hours.

I used to love it, but I can't get it to work anymore. Looks like it must be a problem with the iPhone6 compatibility.

Disappointing that I upgraded my phone to the iPhone 6 and now can't use it, How about an update soon?
Always crashes
This app use to work fine and I used it all the time, now it won't even open and just always crashes. Very disappointing.
Can't use it
I upgraded my iPhone from a 5 to a 6 plus. While the app works great on my 5, I could not get it to open on my 6+. As far as I know, I've downloaded the newest version, but I can't tell.

Broken app
Ever since the update to iOS 7, I can not open the app. I have tried reinstalling it and nothing. It opens and comes to the screen that says confirming my identity, but will not go from there!
App keeps crashing.
Don't offer the app if you can't support it. Same issue as other reviewer.. Says it needs an update, one isn't available.
Doesn't work after update needed
Installed...worked great until they said it needed to be updated and to go to the App Store. Unfortunately there isn't an update like they say... C'mon!
