Terrible UI

OK, first of all, how are you going to have an app in 2021 and not have Apple Pay? And then when I had to manually enter the card, it didn’t even have a “scan card” feature. This is basic basic stuff! Not to mention a clunky UI.

What happened?!

Every two years UJ comes out w a new app that erases all your past points. What is the point of going there? And now even apple pay doesnt work. I had ton of points left from before and I cant use any of it. I started supporting UJ since the very beginning when they opened up a store in Nashville, all these years the company keeps changing the point system from a physical card of buy 10 get one free to another app to phone number to this app. It is very frustrating when u do that and erase past purchase history from your loyal customer. Never going back. 🤬
