App dose not work don’t buy this device I thought it would still work in 2026
I used to have one of these devices back a few years ago. It was awesome. It always did what you wanted. You could do fun things on it and customize the colors. It refuses that the app does no longer work, which means you cannot even set your own custom temperature. You have to go off of the whatever preset is made for that machine you are not able to. Make custom lights, custom session mode or even customize the settings of your device for the price of 400. This is very disappointing.

Should’ve bought a puffco
At least they put their money into an actual app that works. Was able to get it all set up but the process is an actual joke and they give no steps on how to actually make it work. And if you do manage to get that far into it, the app barely ever actually loads, or is disconnects from my device before I can actually use it.

Doesn’t work the best
I find almost after every session, the app will kick me out and make me re-sync my Carta Sport. It’s a pretty slow app, I imagine because it’s running off an internet browser. I hope they get a proper app soon enough.

Absolutely trash constantly crashes takes for ever to load the app if it even loads everything is slow when it does work but I get it it’s and old device plus there dropping the CARTA 3 hopefully it’s better but the CARTA it’s self absolutely slaps just the app needs work
App does not work
Cannot change any of the settings. LED settings changes just get stuck in a “saving” loop but never actually save and Bluetooth drops constantly. If you’re going to make an app and put a bunch of features of the device behind it, atleast make sure it’s actually functional before shipping.

This needs to be an actual app not a link to a website, and it disconnects several times in a session which truly defeats the main purpose of having the app for use.
Do not use CARTA
This company is just invading your privacy and saving you in a system. Also don’t buy new atomizer, you have to connect to Bluetooth through a useless app. Long story short. TURN BACK. Nothing but issues with this brand that doesn’t want to help you. They would Just like make money off you.
