The Verdean app is the official digital platform for residents of The Verdean development. It is designed to simplify everyday life in the building by giving residents easy access to services, amenities, and important building information. Through the app, residents can manage many aspects of their home and interact with the property management team from one place. Residents can book shared building amenities such as the gym, screening room, lounge, meeting room, and loading bay. The app also allows residents to complete required gym induction bookings and manage access to shared facilities within the building. The app provides access to essential building information and resident resources. This includes home appliance manuals, utilities and energy guidance, waste and recycling information, water and heating meter guidance, fire safety instructions, parking arrangements, insurance information, and resident regulations. Residents can use the app to communicate with the property management team and submit requests. This includes reporting maintenance issues, submitting alteration applications, requesting bike storage, applying for pet approval, and contacting the building team for assistance. The app also allows residents to access optional home services offered by approved partners. These services include parcel and delivery support, move-in and move-out coordination, apartment cleaning, laundry and dry cleaning services, handyman support, and other local services available to residents. Additional resident tools are available within the app, including the ability to request a new building access fob, review parcel and delivery policies, and stay informed about building updates and notices. Access to the app is restricted to verified residents of The Verdean. Accounts must be approved by the property management team before full access is granted.
