Great App Except For One Serious Bug
I have been using this app for a while now, and I find it extremely useful. I can read articles while I don’t have my paper, and can find out about event coming up in The Villages.
I have one major concern, related to starting and stopping my subscription. The app gives me an option to start and stop my subscription, but when I try to do this, I’m constantly asked to enter my password. This is true, even though I previously logged in. I’ve telephoned the Daily Sun, and was told this is a known bug, and they gave me away around it, which I can never remember. This really needs to be fixed to make this application useful to me.

App won’t recognize my account
I created an account at the Daily Sun website, then tried to log in (many times) to the app, but I keep getting a message that my email and password combo are not right. But I know they are because I can log in to my account at the website. This makes the app useless to me.

Ugly green background
It’s impossible to read the articles with the green background.
Navigation
I still can’t find the “Navigation” portion of the app as advertised.
The latest update is no compatible with my gen 3 iPad.
There doesn't appear to be any way to report problems with this app. As previously mentioned selecting the function to report a problem sends you to their news website not a feedback page.
Pretty bad
This app is not well designed at all the front page is essentially blank and wasted. The information provided is minimal at best and not really helpful. Honestly, why put out an app like this?
Homes furnished for rent
This app is useless as classified ads do not appear. How hard would it be to put the classified ads on line? A high school student could do it.
Don't waste your time?
This is one of the worst apps I have seen, minimal information of value and technically lacking. Broken or missing links make the app hardly worth taking up space on your mobile device. If they aren't going to provide a quality product, why bother even offering it.

I JUST DOWNLOADED THIS APP, TURNED THE VOLUME ALL THE WAY UP ON MY PHONE, AND I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED TO REPORT THAT THERE IS NO SOUND AND NO VOLUME WHATSOEVER!!! WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!!! VISUALS ARE FINE, BUT NO SOUND!!! WHAT IS GOING ON HERE??? PLEASE HELP!!! THANK YOU!!! ☹😠😡😠☹😕🙁
Disappointed
This app is a total piece of crap. The splash screen keeps covering the menu selections. The menu selections leave too little space for viewing area. When you attempt to get movie info, pop ups and Fandango ads block movie list. Movie trailers are halfway off the bottom of the screen. I expect better from The Villages.

Unfortunately, for those of us who have iPads with limited OS (not 6 or above), are now shutout completely from the old apps, let alone the new ones.

This is a great idea but fails 100%. There is no updated info. I was hoping this would really enhance my visit here, but since nothing is maintained or updated it is complete useless.
