Great resource, but a bit of a rip-off
I would give 5 stars for the content, 1 star for the service, so I landed on 3. I paid for this membership for a year. I enjoyed what I was able to learn from this and I really don’t mind supporting Jodie's work but it has had a lot of issues. The app has not worked much of the time so I would have to log in on my browser. When I finally had to pull the plug because the expense was no longer financially accessible (LGB!), they discontinued my account before the full month that I had already paid for was complete. I don’t want to sound petty but this was an investment for me ($27/month) and I was disappointed to not receive what I invested hundreds of dollars in. I have cancelled subscriptions for other things before and it isn't unreasonable to expect to get what you paid for in full.
