Great weather - terrible business
I recommend this app for weather to everyone but I will stop. The amount of pop up ads that are inappropriate. What if a child was checking the weather and the pop up for reel shirt says “do you want to lose your virginity?” Why is that who you partner with? This shouldn’t be an issue to concern anyone on a weather app.

Widgets are bad
Please correct widget. Your letters are so small and difficult to read. Complacent other popular wearer app and create something similar with info in them. Then I will subscribe.

Living close to the headquarters of the National Weather Service, we always check the weather. This is my least favorite. The amount of junk science that pours out of the videos is ridiculous! Climate has always changed. And I remember when “science” told us of an impeding ice age, then a catastrophic warming. It changes every 20 years or so. Follow the money peeps. And don’t be fooled. The weather is always a bit off from what the national weather service says. There’s better weather apps that can actually tell you more and with greater accuracy

Retro mode
The retro mode for this app has me in a chokehold. I leave it on and the music lulls me right to sleep, jsut like when I was a kid 😭. I love the look so much more than the regular mode too. It’s def one of the better apps for accuracy as well.

Ads for a weather app?
Why the heck are there Ads just to check the weather. I stopped using this app, can just google weather without being spammed by ads. Stop being greedy weather channel or lose more users.

Terrible app
This app is filled with ads, I’ve received a response from TWC of course telling me that "ads are necessary to provide the best experience."
If that’s the case then run adds other than for Temu and stupid phone games. The app is also very glitchy and doesn’t work well. It’s very frustrating. Not to mention the constant pestering about starting an account. Why do these companies have to over complicate everything, it’s weather. I’m going to look elsewhere for my weather forecast and delete the app.

I have an iPhone and i prefer this app over the one u get when u get the phone. This one works better then it but I rate 4 stars cuz adds but how they gonna keep their app up right?

Ads and push for subscription
I am so disappointed in the insane amount of ads on this weather channel app. And the way they constantly push for a subscription. This is supposed to be a reputable service… it’s really embarrassing and gross for them. It’s more accurate info than Apple weather but either way I’m going to have to look for a better app that doesn’t feel so scammy and cheap.

Weather has been wrong so many times this year. Can’t even get a hour prediction right. App takes up a ton of space and has way too many adds.
Nature love
A great guide in forecasting the weather. I check it daily to plan my outdoor activities and travel. Good reading of weather activity and news globally. Enjoy all 3 forecasters and their way of explaining things, sometimes make me laugh.

Too many ads, at times inaccurate and misleading. Today’s example: on the home page the hourly breakdown shows full sunlight and little to no rain. However, in the hourly breakdown segment I see near 100% chance of rain for the following several hours.
