Years of diary entries lost!!

Wonder weeks has a diary feature. I have been using it for YEARS. I have (had!!) years of entries. Lots of memories. They recently nudged me to “create an account” and this process deleted all the diary data! Support confirmed it’s gone. No way to get it back. So yeah, 1/5 stars.

Waste of money

Not very helpful. Pretty much is just a generalization of information of what may or may not be relevant for your kiddo. I was hoping it would be more personalized.

Postpartum & Newborn Care is a critical time for parents . I’m a Doula & Newborn Care Specialist -Wonder Week App & Book is great tool for new parents and working tool in my career. I cannot recommend it enough.

Payante ???

Je l’ai beaucoup utilisé pour mon plus grand mais il y a 5 ans elle était gratuite partiellement. La on n’accède plus à rien je suis déçue ! Tant pis je ne suis pas prête à payer du coup.

Best app to track leaps

It’s amazing at helping you figure out what’s happening with your baby and what they are going through and things to help. It truly saved us with our first and when i got pregnant with my second I knew I’d be suing the app again.

The app itself has useful information; the leaps haven’t been exact on timing but understanding how my child is generally developing at a given time is helpful.

However, the company/support service seems very sketchy. I asked a tech support question, and they couldn’t answer it but offered a refund. They said they could only refund on PayPal and needed my information… They couldn’t refund the card used or offer a discount code for a future purchase. That doesn’t seem right.

Seems like a scam

I paid the full $40+ for the 24 months of app use and now about 2 weeks into using it, I get a pop-up saying “no information for in-app purchases available” and am unable to use the app.

I’ve tried closing and reopening, and turning my phone and on off again. It’s a shame because I thought the app was fantastic but now I’m thoroughly disappointed and spent $40+ for nothing.

Leap 2

Leap two has helped us a lot! Made us aware of new patterns and new skills our baby girl is having. As a first time parent we want to do our best and The Wonder Weeks has helped us so much.

Waste of money

You have to pay for a subscription in order to see what the app is really about. If it’s not what you’re looking then you’re out the subscription payment because they don’t do free trials or refunds.

My 20 month old’s sleep schedule

Hi,

I don’t know if it has anything to do with the leap my 20 month baby is about to enter but my baby is not sleeping till 12am and he wakes up at 10. This is really messing up. With his and my schedule. I really want to put him on a right schedule but fail to do so. Please let me know what I can do.

Can’t preview without payment

Disappointed to find I’m immediately pushed into purchasing, without an opportunity to preview or explore any elements of the app. I’ve no way of knowing I went to use it so why would I subscribe right away?

It’s ok but I wouldn’t recommend paying for it

It’s ok. The fact that by the app’s own admissions leaps can be off by up to 2 weeks is slightly annoying. As new parents you want clean-cut answers not guesswork as to whether your baby is 2 weeks ahead or 2 weeks behind or somewhere in between. It’s also annoying that it makes you think that all the things mentioned in one leap will happen before the next. We’ve found that it’s our son that there are still things from a leap or two ago that he doesn’t yet do but things from a leap ahead that he’s already doing. Equally, our son has been fussy for like the last 6 weeks, so it’s annoying that the app presents this neat timeline of fussiness vs calmness when the reality, we’ve found, is much different. Some of the games it suggests to do are good and interesting. But I wouldn’t necessarily recommend paying for the app as it can be wildly out of step with your child’s development.
