The worst app ever
This app is absolutely the worst. The buses never show up on the where’s my bus section. The Sawdust bus always shows up a different times while the Research and Sterling buses show up on time. All the money we pay should be able to get us a better app.
Stable, functional app
I've been using this app for a few months now. Basically since it came out. This app has been very reliable and has never given me an issue when purchasing and redeeming tickets. I feel like that's the number one thing it has to do right. It also supports Apple Pay!!! Love that!
I also like the handy links to route schedules and other info. Would love to have real time route info. This app takes care of all of the needs for ticketing and will serve the needs of The Woodlands region well. Everyone who rides the bus should ditch their paper tickets and use this app!
