Word for you today devotion
I used to read this devotional for years as a small magazine over 20 yrs ago at my home church in MD USA. We moved to Bolivia to serve the Lord & received it in Spanish for our church for several years via their translation ministry in Spain & Brazil. Due to problems w/transportation & mail service here we no longer receive it which was do disappointing. We gave it out to the campesinos & other friends here in Bolivian who also enjoyed it! I was so thrilled to find this App. This devotional is still uplifting & anointed & biblically based. I’ve been receiving this App subscription for over 5 years now & it still ministers to me even though I’ve read it for so many years! Can you please develop a Spanish App? Gone
Today 7/29/25 I tried opening the app to read a devotional. All I got was a blank screen. I tried going into my bookmarks, again I got a blank screen. I deleted the app and reinstalled it, again I got a blank screen.

my favorite way to take devotions on the go!
I’ve been a reader of this devotional for a really long time (probably 20 years) and this app is my favorite way to take it on the go! I’m regularly encouraged by the devotions, often I think it was written just for me. They updated the share feature a while ago so that when I share a devotion with someone and they can actually read the entire thing without signing up (used to only share partial day, which was not the best for me.) I was excited when that finally changed. Especially when I read something that I know would really help a friend. The calendar has been a big help because it helps me go back and see if missed a day and during busy weeks, that’s been a big help for me. It used to be a bit harder to find. Oh and bookmarking days - like in my Bible app - I use bookmarks constantly. I’ve kept bookmarks over the years and now I really love being to go back and read all those devotions (I bookmark days regularly.) also when they added dark mode, it really made it easier to read early in the am or late at night so that’s been super helpful.

Great content, functionality could use a tweak
Love the content, but when listening to the audio, the screen will go to sleep in the middle of the audio, causing me to constantly tap my screen to prevent it from doing so.
Needs auto-refresh of content
Application should check for new content when opened. Should not need to go from Home, to Settings, which download updated content, and the back to Home/Calendar.
Great app, needs update
I like this app, I have been using for a while. With the latest iPhone update, the app stops when the phone locks, so I have to keep the phone on to hear the full message.
Used to work great
As of March 9, the play button no longer does the audio read. Probably a new update on the iPhone. but it is not working.
Minor Suggestion
This is a very useful app and I have no issues when I do use it. However I would like some support for like a daily notification or some other integration w/ widget or other iPhone components.
Ads ads ads
The app works fine. It’s basic and straightforward but lately the number of ads has skyrocketed! Also every time I open it there’s an ad. I pay for this subscription so I expect not to see ads. Put them on the free version. It makes me want to just use the books instead. Please remove or reduce the ads! I’m here to meditate on the word of god, not shop.

Great daily encouragement
I am new to this app and I find it very encouraging. I love the audio version and the fact that I can sometimes read or listen together. I plan to give an annual subscription as gifts to friends.
App is not loading for daily readings
I have to delete and upload app each day to get the current days reading?
not user friendly
the email version was much easier to use. If I missed a day , it was easy to catch up .I like to copy them to my notebook for future reference but the copy function is locked now. The Australian version is still great but I I may have to find another devotional service.
Daily reading update doesn’t always occur
The reading does not update daily. Today is June 18, 2021 and the latest reading shown is June 15, 2021. This happens often. If you click on the date the calendar appears but you are not able to click on today’s date and get the current reading.
Works great until it doesn’t
Love the app! Until the day doesn’t advance. This just started for me, not sure if it’s because of new phone or what but no response when contacted the company last week. Every couple of days it might jump ahead a couple of days! Disappointed this was my go to in the morning. Will find something else.

Current date/now fees
When my current date doesn’t come up I turn my phone off and then back on. Yesterday it wanted me to sign in. I didn’t remember the password and it wouldn’t let me reset it. SoI tried with another email address and it came back telling me it costs $.99 per month. I know that’s not much but when something has been free it just doesn’t seem fair. I guess I will find something else to read. I enjoyed it. I can’t always get a book from the church as it is 200 miles away.

Need to correct glitches
I used to read the hard copy until a church member informed me of the app. It’s much more convenient however it is annoying when it gets stuck on one day and doesn’t advance to the next day. This happens at least 2-3 times a month. Please fix this so that I don’t have to delete the app and reload it.

Today’s Devotional won’t load
For some reason I can’t access today’s devotional. Normally, it would automatically update but today I can only view yesterday’s and past devotionals. When I attempt to change the date to today’s date I can’t. The date is grayed out.
Can’t enter church code
Our church has the print version with the code to enter in the app. However I can’t find where to enter the code.
