Does not accept credentials
Old app was useless because it did not accept my login credentials. New app does the same in a nicer font. Awful

Honestly ridiculous how horrible this app is. It never loads up and if it some how manages to it's super glitchy as well. You would expect a prestigious school like Yale to be able to develop an app that works but guess not.
How to use
This is a handy way to display your membership card. As a tip, the mobile app does not use your Yale Club username or password. Your app username is your club membership number (including all the zeros). To get a new password, click forgot password, use your member number as username and your usual email. You will get a reset password email from “pacesetter.” Once you are in the app it will at some point ask for your *website* username and password. The app will send you to the website for hotel reservations, etc.

Glitchy slow app and always requires log in
This app is pretty slow and always requires unnecessary logging in each time which is a huge waste. It also always states my user and password is incorrect, which is incorrect, and I have to consistently change it. Horrible app.
Can’t log in
Doesn’t accept Yale club web page credentials, wont let you resend password. May as well shut it down as it is unusable
