App doesn’t work
What’s the point in having an app when it won’t let you log in with your details? I’ve tried to reset it so many times and everything’s good until I go back into it, put in my registered email address and can’t go any further as it says the email address isn’t valid. Very frustrating and has actually impacted my decisions to go to Yiros, I’ve recently not bothered going in despite loving the food because of my frustration with the app.

Breach of privacy? And special offer took me 15mn to find how to redeem!
Yeah, thats the first time that I am FORCED to tick the “receive news and special offers”. You heard me right. If you tick the box off, you can’t create your account…
Not sure if this is even legal!!
But i went through to get a free mini yiros (i was hungry, what can I say…)
I go to special offers, nothing displayed.
So i start ordering it on the app, go to checkout, still not free.
I get back to special offers, this time it displays the offer with a barcode and the text says “app only” but no button to click and redeem on the app!
I eventually tried to scan the barcode in the shop and order the mini yiros and it worked.
Just needlessly confusing!!

Terrible app
Tried to use this app a few time now, can’t login or verify account so can’t order.
One star is more than this app deserves
I try to use this app regularly but it never, ever works. It always tells me will send me an email to verify me but nothing ever arrives in my inbox or in junk mail. Needs to be rebuilt by someone who knows what they are doing.
I was wondering why the review was so low
After using the app, it wanted me to click motorcycle photos for 5 minutes to sign up
Phone orders
This is so annoying how you have to download the app put all your details in get verified and then the website proceeds to not work. I wish they could just take a simple phone order so you don’t have to download this annoying app!! WORST APP EVER

Most useless app, usually apps are for your convenience but this is the inconvenient way to order food
Why have an app if you can’t order
Got a birthday offer that can be used in app only. Couldn’t use it because it wouldn’t go beyond store selection. Staff at store offered no remedy for this despite there being a barcode to scan.

Disappointed
Usually when just ordering for myself I go for the basic menu so I’ve never had a problem. No problem until I order dinner for me and my family and the options they wanted were not available AT ALL.
You can look up the menu online and there is an option for a Fish Yiros but on the app this doesn’t even exist. And even if you hit the ‘Order Now’ button on the Fish option it takes you back to the app page where it again doesn’t exist and hasn’t added it to your cart.
Also I was at my fourth visit and was trying to add the Free Doughnuts to my cart but it said my cart was invalid. I tried several times in a couple of different order variations and it still won’t go through keeps saying ‘invalid’ no matter how much I spend, what I order.

Yiros app
Not terrible. But needs some work
Issues with app (but the food is great)
1. Using the app I tried to select a lamb shoulder regular size yiros. The app wouldn’t let me [add to cart] for regular or XL sized yiros. I was only able to add a small yiros to the cart (I’m on iPhone8 and had just downloaded the app today)
2 Selecting sauces is confusing.
It’s says you can have two free, but there is a price after each sauce. There is also no option to select a double portion of sauce.
3. The store selection screen is extremely slow. I selected ‘no’ to location services, as I already have my favourite store set.
Then took about 30 seconds before I could select the Albrion store an continue.
There was no loading symbol during this time, so I though the app had crashed
4. I navigated back to the Store Selection screen and it is displaying ‘RedCat Test Location’ - this should be removed when putting the app into production.
5. The sign up process only allows email address sign up. Would be good to allow google, Facebook and Apple authentication. I hate having to remember passwords for Individual apps.
App still needs work before being release to Prod.
If u lose early adopters due to the poor customer UI it could be hard to get them back.

TERRIBLE APP
Honestly the worst restaurant app I have used! The verification process was very clunky took ages to finally get the verification text. The whole app is extremely hard and confusing to navigate. Finally got through to order and the only payment option is credit card. We only use paypal or Apple Pay.

Disappointed
The app is easy to use and good is great but used the app to order a pick up and it informed me it was ready in 10mins which was great! Only problem there is, went to the shop to pick it up and it actually wasn’t ready and there were heaps of people there. No fast track to get the order through and had to wait 40mins for the order to be prepared (even though the app was still saying ready for pickup!!!!!) need to sort out the actual times on the app and it would then be good to use. This was at the Cannon Hill store.

App cannot change email
I cannot even use the app to change my email. There is even no support to change it for me. My phone number is locked on the account I am registered in. Please enable us to change our own email on the app.
Convenient and Easy!
Loved using The Yiros Shop App as it gave me access to great meal deals that I cant access on other platforms. They even have their own delivery service through Door-Dash! Now I can order ahead and skip the queue to collect in store or have it delivered straight to my door. Very simple and easy to use! Thank you TYS 🇬🇷

UBER EATS
Super disappointed with today’s experience. Went to Yiros Stafford website. Saw free delivery, was directed to to App Store. Downloaded app and made an order. Incorrect order delivered (bag said Chris). Called driver who stated that it was the order given to him. Called Yiros shop Stafford who said… “We have no control once the UBEREats drivers picks up the order, they sometimes pick up more than one”...I DIDN’T MAKE AND UBEREATS ORDER (nor have I ever because I don’t agree with the treatment of the drivers and the default to blame them for every screw up). I explained to the manager that my order was not made though Uber it was made through them and their app so I expect them to take responsibility. Options provided were to pick up my order or get a refund next time I was in store, and they threw in a free Baklava.
The girl I spoke to initially and the manager were both polite and reluctantly helpful. Not impressed with the default blame to the driver, NOR the lack of transparency around who would deliver my order, I (perhaps ignorantly) assumed they had their own drivers.
Quality of food was average.
