Getting worse instead of better
Agree app is getting worse. Last two days it stops about every 10 minutes. Used to be to play and use other apps..not able to now.

The ap still doesn’t work properly. Particularly the win button. Deleting it now.
No more Zoner IDs?
This app is okay, but a notable feature missing as of late is the absence of the open mic feature. Does this mean they don’t want people recording Zoner IDs anymore or have they just taken a break from that? I really hope they bring it back!
Must WATCH video ads before LISTENING to the radio 🤬
I am ok with revenue ads to support my favourite local station. However, having to WATCH (sometimes repetitive) ads before you can move on to your next multitask is painful irony. Also unlike other streaming services I use, this app doesn’t resume automatically if I get interrupted with audio in another task. Instead I have to go back and relaunch and WATCH the video ad version of the radio commercial again. Two star deduction until this is corrected.

Can’t stream over airplay. Makes app useless
The audio handling in this app no longer uses the path which allows for airplay to a proper stereo. Please allow us to stream over airplay again!
Terrible app that only gets worse with every update
Some how when it doesn’t seem like it’s possible for this app to be more convoluted and confusing to use. They have managed to come out with this version 12.0 and I can’t say how disappointed I am with it. The layout of the app is so bad that I will now stream the Zone/Q on radio player. The button to listen to live, and pause/play the stream is in a bad location. You can’t view the artist unless you select a side menu or click on the picture but you lose the ability to control the stream. It’s all bad and I can wait till version 13 comes out. Back to the drawing board!!!

Pop-up messenger gets in the way
Overall I like the app, but...
Please remove the pop-up that says ”thank you for being a zoner. Please let us know if you have any questions”. It is hard to see the ‘x’ against a dark background and I keep clicking on it by accident, causing the app to glitch and close on me.
It pops up when I go to a new page on the app, every single time...
Maybe keep it to the first time I open the app, but not on every single page!

Enjoy the station, hate the app
Like a few others have said the app is glitchy. I find that it will work normally for a few days, a week even, then I can’t get it to play the live stream at all. I’ll delete it, reinstall, and that helps sometimes. Hopefully the streaming aspect gets sorted out!
Fix it please
I love the zone and I love this app... when it works. The last few weeks it has been extremely glitchy and now just doesn’t work at all. I miss listening!
Partial Functionality
Home screen is blank. Same goes with the ‘Now Playing’ screen. Can’t find anything about recently played music (unless it’s in one of the blank screens’. Music plays fine on my iPhone 6.
Not functional
The music won’t play. The alarm doesn’t work. What happened? This app used to be great.
Advertisement platform
The app should be just like turning on the radio, but it’s not. They force you to watch/listen to advertisements when you launch the app. I’ve used this app for years but it’s becoming more and more frustrating with the ads. I may delete.
Used to love the alarm clock feature
After the latest update, the alarm clock doesn't work when my iPhone is silent and on do not disturb. I need the alarm clock, please fix!
Great station, app needs some fixing
Sorry to say I had to erase my last review... Love the station, app had been great before. Now? I can't listen without it getting caught in a loop where it replays the same 5-10 seconds over and over again. Eventually I have to either go back to the app and let it "reconnect" (works maybe 20% of the time) or I have to close the app and start again. Even that doesn't work every time. Often it will start at the back of the loop again, and will later skip forward to live play.
I love listening to the zone on my app since I'm in Vancouver so it doesn't come in so well the first of school way, but I'm starting to switch when the app craps out on me. Please fix these bugs so I can kick the other guys!

Best in BC
When I lived in Victoria it was the best station. Now that I live in Vancouver it's still the best station in BC! Nothing here on the mainland comes close to it!!!
