Can’t get past the set up profile screen no matter how many times I fill it out. Unusable.

I’ve tried 20+ times to even get past the profile setup screen and it kicks me out every time. Completely unusable app.
Came get past create profile screen
App is unusable. It’s refreshed 5 times on the create a profile screen. Can’t get into app past that.
