This genuinely helped so much at the start. I was thinking oh this is not gonna work. It’s just one of those apps, but my mind was blown. It works so well haven’t got a single bug and it has like everything and it gave me really good things you don’t it’s free and you don’t have to share anything like personal.

Useful but AI is broken
It worked well for the first few days - the data it gave me is very useful and provided a reason as to why my skin may have been freaking out. I really enjoy that I can scan all my products to be in the app. However, after maybe 2-3 days of use, the AI stopped working completely. I have sent their support emails, but no response.

Love it so far
so far I been using Thea as a place to go to check if my products are compatible with each other. I was looking to add my regular vitamin c serum that I normally buy and learned it was incompatible with my exfoliater since it dries my skin out!! I wish I knew ab this earlier. anyway I love it, it’s very helpful

Face scan doesn’t work
Every time I do the face scan it will analyze all of the except the last one and it takes long and never approves the pictures, please fix this.

Afterwards, —it’ll explain what to get— for morning and night with description. You can ask it more questions as well. AND afterward, a WHOLE PAGE will —show about possible products— and describe what and why. Best part? —IT IS ALL FREE— (obv not the product which you have to buy). I love that it is free and hope it stays that way because originally, I thought you had to pay like everything else but no! It is such a refreshing change to the typical ones.

Pretty good
I really appreciate the app for not having to pay a whole lot! The option that lets you formulate a routine is extremely helpful as it lets you know what products will not react well together. My only issue was the scanner. I’m not sure if it’s just me, but my freckles got mistaken for pimples so it completely messed up my progress, which of course I get as it’s an ai scan and not a real in-person checkup. However, when I asked the Thea AI chat how to delete scans, it told me to click on the button that scans your face and click a clock, but I didn’t see a clock. (Or a history button which it also said to look for) I also checked whether or not the delete option was just for people with a subscription and it was not. I wasn’t subscribed but I still had all of the abilities it came with. This doesn’t affect me too much but it is quite frustrating since there’s no visible option to delete or flag scans as wrong, and I can also see how people who mainly rely on Thea for the scans would be angry with this issue. Nice app overall, just one very frustrating issue.

ive never written a review for an app but ive only been using this app for a couple weeks and my skin looks the best that is has in years. ive had horrible stubborn acne since i was 12, and finally after years i can look at my skin and be satisfied. incredible app for being free. helped me find the right products for my skin type and now i have little to no pimples and my acne scars are fading
