Awful experience
I had an extremely disappointing and unsafe experience with this cab service. Our driver didn’t know how to get to the airport and was driving far too fast down the Palisades. At one point, he nearly got hit by a truck and even struck one of the plastic lane dividers while trying to change lanes. On top of that, he dropped our luggage multiple times while loading and unloading.
I reached out to their customer service hoping for some acknowledgment or resolution, but I never received a response. At this point, I genuinely feel safer using Uber or Lyft. As much as I wanted to support a local business, this experience was unacceptable. I’ll be deleting the app and won’t be riding with Cab Hawai‘i again.
