I registered here to take my free reading on the pretence I would continue to use the magic circle for future readings however, I still cannot connect to an agent without being asked for a further payment despite being told I would receive my 1st free reading to the value of £5 therefore I’ve decided not to proceed

Awful attitude toward customers

So I asked to get my account closed. Cause didn’t want it anymore. And they are still sending me text messages 😡 PLEASE SORT THIS OUT. Even after blocking them they are still able to send messages through which is annoying
Nothing works on the app
I had a chat reading recently which was very good however the chat disappeared from my account after reading . I was very disappointed as the reading was so fast and I wanted to go thru again . I also have chosen the chat option to be able to come back and read it again . I have contacted the customer service and not luck .
They asked me to do many things on the settings but it’s something you probably do only from the website not options to set it from the app . I was trying to do it from computer but forgetting my password , sending a reminder to be able to go thru and set up a new password unfortunately I have never received any automatically emails from them . They have amazing people there doing your reading but the app and the website also a customer service are useless.

Not really my rate... but My question is why when I want a reading it keeps asking me to pay? And why do I have an “account balance” with money that I can’t even use?... Everytime I want to chat for a reading I have to pay and after I do so it doesn’t take me to a chat room AT ALL. Like nothing happens.

Fix it please
I did 5 star so y’all can see it but truth be told y’all really need to get get y’all app together because after I got my reading the app closed and it won’t let me log back in. Then when I try and register with the same email it goes back to telling me to put in my email again. Disappointed
Terrible
Horrible App. Horrible reading. She asked me my concern and completely ignored it and read me my numerology report almost word for word. I emailed customer service twice and simply asked for my remaining balance back. Not my money back from the reading...just the money I hadn’t used and I never heard anything back.

I was charged a lot more than the discount rate
I was offered a 10 minute reading at 29p per minute, but, after a rubbish clairvoyant reading, I was charged at £1.09 per minute for 10 minutes! If this isn’t a scam, what is it?!!

Easy to use and informative
The app is user friendly and allows you to find and call readers easily. However, there are some major glitches in the chat service that make it impossible to have a conversation that can flow. Must be fixed!
Frightened of the truth
I would like an updated reading but as much as I’m strong at the moment my anxiety and depression are once again fighting me and so I’m too frightened to have a new reading currently but then usually when I do I’m told what I already know or get myself as I’m a physic myself but don’t read for others as such...... but every reading I’ve had here has always made sense to me.... and one particular medium does stick out and I’m very close to booking them again !

Connection issues, but timer ran
Hi,
I tried using the app yesterday, but it keeps saying connection error and the timer kept running.
Not sure if I got charged for the 45secs, but if I did, I'd like a refund, please.

Easy to use and got a lovely reading

Nice OnTheGo advice
I downloaded this App to get some quick advice while I was travelling. Great to be able to Chat anonymously with one of their psychics. I followed up my chat with a call later and felt that I received genuine, no frills, advice. Highly recommended.
Brilliant Psychic App
I’ve been a customer of TheCircle for years but for some reason only just got the app. App is really easy to use and makes booking readings with my favourite psychics super easy!!
Expensive and Not US Friendly
*Some excellent readers and kind however not so helpful on the customer service side .
•Very Expensive especially compared to Kooma who also has excellent readers, is much less expensive and responsive customer service.
* Requesting a call doesn't allow for choosing time slots, so Circle then blocks you because you miss a call back at 3:00 in the morning.

Friendly & No Conning, Genuine People
This website / app is not robotic and deals clearly with real people. It’s all genuine and completely affordable. I’ve got what I’ve paid for, so far, and all my readings have been similar / coincided with each other. I worry so much so this helps me have easy access to just remind me, I’m on the right path and I’m doing right by myself. The patience is something I need to learn. All in all, cannot rate them highly enough. Try it out!
