extremely helpful
every help app i’ve used costed money , and i live paycheck to paycheck so i don’t really have that kind of money to spend. this is completely free so thats a huge plus. the person i talked to was extremely helpful and very nice, considerate, and non judgmental. i also like how you talk to real people, and not a ai bot, because i can’t explain my emotions, actions, or thoughts to something like chat gbt that doesn’t have them. a lot of other help apps are like facetimes with therapist but my anxiety is way to bad to face time a person i don’t know and tell them about my life,so for me being able to type it out felt alot better. and lastly i like how they have a part where they explain things on the home page like anger and why you may feel it because it gives you help to self reflect and kinda figure things out on your own too if you didn’t want to chat with someone.

I can’t complain about this app! I’m so grateful for this people who are willing to help not just teenagers but young adults as well. It provides great information about any struggle you might be going through such as self harm, depression, Loneliness, relationships issues, and mental health etc. Also, there are useful insights about emotional health, personal, and spiritual growth. No help.
Every single time I’ve tried to reach out for help, it always says “sorry we missed you.” It doesn’t matter what time or day, they are never there to help. “Hope”
They make you feel worse
I went there in a time of need, I got no help more of a so what? Your in the wrong blah blah blah. I used to come here trusting them with my life. I came there tonight and honestly I feel so horrible with myself, so thank you for making one kid stray away from asking for help
Could be better, but they help
The chat needs to be 24/7 so I don’t have to wait going crazy all day. They take a while to respond to emails too.
I’ve tried other hotlines and apps and this is the only one that has worked for me so far. Even the 741-741 suicide texting thing was horrible.
This app has SOOOO many resources and the people are unbiased as far as I’ve witnessed. West really helped me and talked to me longer than I expected. He didn’t rush me or put words in my mouth like some Christians tend to do.

Just plan bad
Seriously, just don’t even install this app. It’s worse than maggots in your hair. Find a good app like 7 Cups or something. This app truly is hopeless. There is nothing hopeful here.
No Hope of Help From The Hope Line!!!
All this app does is say, "sorry we are not available", and then pretends to let you send a message to persons unknown. This app was most likely written by sadists who off on tormenting those in pain!

Sawyer is so unhelpful he just hung up even though I was trying to have a conversation. Arrow on the other hand is so so so so helpful he was so helpful the first time I texted them. Whenever I text back I hope I can get arrow again.

Cant see anything and chat isnt loading no matter how long i stay in front of it. Nothing loads quickly or efficiently. Cool idea tho
