No order
I have had 3 pairs and this would have been my 4th but they never came I do the scan and was waiting for 2 months when I went on the app and it said they cannot be processed and to contact support so I did. I called them 3 times and sent 2 emails and am stil yet to hear back… that was 2 weeks ago.
Don’t order terrible company
Made an order in December, have yet to receive it. Made numerous attempts to contact the company, and never heard back. Don’t waste your money
Better rating than 2.5 Android app' but still didn’t work for me.
Sucks they can’t do better with their apps.
Even one star is to much
I don’t know what is wrong with this app but I tried it now for 30 minutes and run down my battery from 80% to 59%.
The app is stuck at 98% of analysing and don’t let me scan my face.

Expensive Garbage, worse than Swedish goggles comfort and leak
Got these as a gift, which meant I was already a couple weeks into the return policy. After trying them for a few weeks there was no way they fit correctly. One eye was okay, but leaked a little. The other was inside my eye socket, caused pain every time I tried them and leaked even worse. By the time I gave up on them and switch back to my off the shelf Vanquishers (only issue is they leave marks around my eyes, but no leaks and no pain) I was outside their 30 day window for returns. Literal expensive garbage.

Not compatible with IPad OS 17.5.1 on M2 IPad Pro
On iPad OS 17.5.1 magic5 app launches with an inoperable white screen. Contact me when this is fixed and I will change my review to 5 star.

The app is limited: I cannot see my previous scan. I cannot place a review for my order. Overall I totally dissatisfied with the experience and the goggles i received.

The app works well, the goggles are mediocre
I'm a bit disappointed from the hype, the goggles are a bit more comfortable than average but still leak without strong suction. Not really worth the price.
How to link scan to my order
I placed my order, downloaded the software to do the scan, but have no idea how to link the scan to my order. Website gives no information neither does this app. Very disappointed.
Still not working for Germany
Great Idea. Scan seems to work fine. But the ordering is not possible - if your phone is set to German.

Scanning Took Forever
My face scan literally took 5-6 minutes. Gave up after my first try and had to try again.
Claims 95% success but probably far less
Followed the instructions multiple times and would get an email saying they needed a re-scan. After 3 of these I gave up. For the price of the goggles they need to greatly improve the software experience. The only saving grace is they issued a refund quickly.
