Reception and Elevators
Fun game to play when bored. When you get to a higher occupancy hotel the amount of reception rooms needed and elevator shafts needed gets absurd though.
Terrible
After days of playing ive realized that the code in this game is not set for success. Upon reaching 3 stars, customers ask for more elevators. Mind you at 3 stars I have 10 full rows of elevators reaching orbit. There is no room east or west to buy, and if I were to add more elevators I would not be able to have the adequate amount of rooms to level up. If you don’t believe me, just waste a couple days playing.

Your problem is probably that your elevator columns reach too many floors, so that it takes long for the cabin to reach a certain floor. Up to a certain point, you should split the elevator column into parts, and "chain" them. It's part of the challenge of the game. It is feasible to reach 5 stars, just try harder :)
Disappointed
The game is trash, messed up a good old game so terribly. Everything is the same but the npcs. They’re dumb and poorly designed. Elevators are the biggest issue. Devs don’t care enough to fix it even after all the bad reviews. Sad, game could’ve did numbers on mobile.

Garbage
I love the PC version of this game. BUT I’ve just started and restarted this 3 times and I still can’t hire a receptionist. Waist of time.

Thanks for your review. We're looking for ideas to expand the game once you reach 5 stars. As of today, leaderboards is the main way you can keep playing once reaching the 5 stars.
Very disappointing as a veteran player of the pc game
Played this for years on PC, was always my favorite. It was easy to play and even easier to beat every time. I was SO excited to see it on the App Store - but it was so disappointing. It’s exactly the same game, except the money distribution is awful and you can barely make a profit, guest comments come in very clunky, and it doesn’t idle-play when you close the app. I had it for all of an hour before I got rid of it.

no matter how many elevators there are the people aren’t happy i have multiple places for elevators but no one wants to ride the open ones

really nice but buggy
I really enjoy this game and I want to progress, but it’s hard when reputation is such a big part of the game and the NPCs only choose the closest elevator and I keep getting thumbs down for the elevator taking too long. Overall, the game is very fun if you like management.

i’ve been playing this gave for so long. i found it one day on hooda math and ive been searching for it forever, then i decided to download it in my phone. Dont get me wrong the game is absolutely amazing but i haven’t found a way to keep my money up instead of it going down.
Debt is impossible
this game is good with its core features being taken straight from Theme Hotel the web game, but this apps downfall is how quickly you fall in to debt along with how once you are in debt it becomes almost impossible to get back out of debt. secondly the way the monthly income works is just wrong, if my hotel is constantly full why would prices fluctuate so drastically. just wrong. if you want to play a game like this, just play the web version.

Can't get past 2 stars without bankrupting!
No matter how many elevator filtering and extra elevators I add, I always get bankrupt with bad reviews saying it takes hours to ride the elevator and the queue at the elevator is too long. I understand they go to the closest one which is why I have them next to attractions and reception. There's no way of getting around this, I've started over 11 times now!!!!!

Awesome game but keeps glitching before I can get 5 stars
I really enjoy this game and played it for several hours on my day off. But every time I get to 4 stars, the game glitches where it has my customers asking for a room that I already have. I’ve tried everything to fulfill their need for it but nothing works and then I get so many negative reviews that I lose all the money and go bankrupt and lose the game.
