Error 404
What is the matter with your app? Keep popping up error 404 and my location is wrong. Led to wrong prayer times. Help

Error and bugs
This 2 months this app keep on having bug. The solat and azan notifications still there but the home page always showed error catch saying the hostname not being found. Please fix it as this apps is the best I've been using since the start. Thank you
Crash apps
I love the features, dua, and the many functions that I’ve benefited from. However, I’ve found that it crashes easily and often shows errors when opening, even after years of using it. I hope there will be a solution soon. Also, the dua are so useful when travelling, appreciate to add more ❤️
App not Launching
The app have no issue before this and have been using it for almost 6 months but few days been having issue in launching the app. Maybe due to the bug or update.
The app didn’t function properly
The app didn’t load or work properly. There’s error messages such as 502 & 504. The display doesn’t load properly too, for example at the home page, the profile picture and the prayer times are not displayed correctly. At the Prayer tab, only the top is displayed and the rest are blanked. At Al-Quran tab, where the list of Surah are not shown.

Checked against MUIS prayer time table and Noor prayer times not accurate.

Why the noor app is not working anymore for Brunei? Bfore it is useable here.. now not anymore.. its a good app actually.. please fix it
Error Catch
Lately, I’ve noticed that this app often fails to update the current location. The message ‘error catch’ keeps appearing whenever I try to update the location. Please fix this issue as it’s important for getting accurate prayer times based on specific locations. Tq.
Widgets stopped working!
Widgets randomly stopped working.
losing features
I just updated the app to the newer version and some features are missing. I used to put the prayer time widget on the notification centre but no longer available after updating it. In addition, the qiblah tracker also was not functioning even after turning on the location.
Widget for prayer time on lock screen
I have been using this app for so long and really love it. Even influenced my friends to start using it. Really like how we can put the prayer time widget on the lock screen. But unfortunately the new update removed this feature. I really hope the Noor team can bring back this feature, as it was really helpful.

What happened to the widget feature? I loved it, kept me on top of my salat and on time, after I updated the app yesterday the widget just disappeared

I love this app so much. But a few feature need to solve.
1- Lagging (prayer tracking, read quran tracking and etc)
2- Translation part (coming soon - audio translation for a few surah is not available at this moment.
3- Azan not in full audio. (Just 2 verses)

Prayer timings
It wouldn't show the prayer timings anymore.
Consistent bugs.
The launch was good until it was updated. I have been experiencing countless of bugs from the app such as: The prayer notification didnt notify me. The date in the app didnt updated. The next prayer in app didnt show.

App not updating
Used to be my favourite prayer tracking & Quran app. But I recently found that the prayer timings aren’t accurate. Some days, even containing 2 different prayer timings & showing “next prayer timing” as 3 prayers later.
App no longer working
The apps no longer working. Error message keeps on popping up. “response status code was unacceptable: 500”
There are bugs. Please fix
Up until now the app has been perfect and I haven’t had any complaints what so ever, but recently- two days ago, I noticed that I’d get random pop ups while I was in the app that said “error-timeout” and now my location doesn’t even automatically update anymore nor does the time for prayer sound or show anymore.
I don’t want to have to leave this app, please fix whatever errors are occurring. I’ve deleted and re-downloaded and it’s still the same problems.
