Really good but one problem

The population of my city is 10,579 but that’s not trues that’s what it says my population is but one when I added this whole new district and it had new house and everything when I checked the houses they all had a least 4 inhabitants but the population still said 10,579 and this has happened a few times in different cities one of my fresh new cities still said it had no population but there was this house with 3 inhabitants and I had all the supplies and needed services.

I like the disaster and weather systems but I feel like it’s not advanced enough, we need levels of rainstorms from light rain, moderate rain, heavy rain, isolated thunderstorms, severe thunderstorms, and tornadic supercells that can produce tornadoes from ef0-ef5, and hurricanes, and sandstorm disasters
