App won’t work
The app won’t open. Every time I touch the app icon, it starts to open then shuts off and goes back to Home Screen. I have an iPhone 14 pro max….
Need the app!
I bought this for use with multiple RFID Cards for our neighborhood, but I can’t get the app to sync with my phone so that I can set it up. Hoping to hear from tech support soon because the website has no troubleshooting tips.

App no longer searches for locks on home screen. Needs update.
Frustrating!!
This lock worked great the first 2 months we had it. Got it to keep nosey teens outta our bedroom. Now, 2 months later, more than ½ the time WE can't get into our bedroom. Very frustrating. Sometimes 20+ minutes standing there trying over and over again till it works.

I use two of these locks on my gun case that I frequently carry in my vehicle in case an emergency ensues. This app definitely needs to revamped.
I've done a few speed test with the locks while using the app and the RFID card. The card works O.K. but in life or death situations where I couldn't get to my wallet to get my card it would take over a minute to open both locks individually to retrieve my weapon. There should definitely be a grouping feature that gives the operator the ability to access both locks at the same time.
Like I said the card is O.K. It works great if there is direct contact with the lock but you will almost always run into an issue if you have the card in your wallet and pull that out to access your locks.
For the next version of the app and the Quicklock itself, hopefully, there is an incorporated proximity sensor, an auto unlock feature that unlocks without having to open the app and unlock each lock individually, and timed auto lock feature so that if your lock does happen to unlock from the proximity sensor it would automatically re lock the lock.

Works in iOS 9
Latest version is fixed for IOS 9. I bought a QuickLock so I don't have to carry around keys and it works fine for that purpose.
Can't connect with iOS 9 & 6s
Please patch iOS 9 ASAP. Then I will revise my review.

Does not work with newest Apple OS update. Lock too expensive to not allow updates.

Ugly but works... Well worked
It's not the prettiest app but it worked, so I was pretty happy. For iOS 9 though it's broken and won't open my lock. Hopefully it's updated soon!
Needs iOS 9 patch
Love the app very simple and easy to navigate would have given it 5/5, but once I upgraded to iOS 9 it will no longer connect. P.s. It would be great if I could open the lock from the home screen icon and only have to enter the app to choose which lock I want to open.

Works but software is clunky.
Works but slow to connect. Be nice to not have to open the app everything and have it notice the phone in your pocket instead and just press the blue button.
Cool lock!
The lock works great! I bought two and was able to program the NFC fobs so that they work on both locks. I look forward to the ability to unlock it directly with my Apple Watch via NFC.
Terrible solution
And if you’re reading this, you probably already know it. My problem is really more about the lock itself, not so much the app. But, given the awful hardware, the app is pretty much useless. For starters, the charging port is recessed and difficult to get a standard USB micro cable into; the plug seems misaligned with the opening, so you have to spend time messing around to get the plug inserted correctly such that the lock is charging. Once you do, you’ll need to make sure you keep the lock off the front face where the on off button is, otherwise, the device is likely to stay on and you can keep it plugged in for hours and it won’t charge. Speaking of the on off button, it should be renamed the Maybe button. Pressing it is more likely to result in nothing happening, where you’d expect it to activate the darn lock. There doesn’t appear to be any consistent means of pressing it such that it will reliably turn on each time, so its really more like a game of chance; maybe it’ll turn on, most likely it won’t. And then finally, we have the pairing and settings issues. First of all, it doesn’t stay powered on for very long, so you’ll end up having to go through the annoying process of getting it turned on a few times, and then discovery and eventually pairing before you can change it’s settings, or in the normal use case, where you can actually unlock it. I don’t think having to take a few minutes to unlock it via my phone is a convenience, especially when the analog equivalent would have been done in less than ten seconds. Seriously, I don’t know what these guys are thinking with this thing. It’s gotta be one of the worst thought out and implemented products I’ve seen in the last couple of years. Two thumbs down. Zero stars, if I could.
