Awful app for data collection and crashes all the time
Worst Data Collection App
Using this app on both mobile and browser has been a living nightmare. It takes far too long to load, deletes data points, inputs incorrect data into the system. On the RBT end the data is correct but on the BCBA end everything says 100% when not true. This is the cheapest app and it defines the saying you get what you pay for. -10000/10

Awful app experience
Most things take forever to load if it will even work in the first place.
Doesn’t work
The has not worked for the past week or so. It loads but i can’t complete session notes or enter trial data. I have had to go to the website which is fine but why have an app that doesn’t work?
it will not load !!!
this app is so annoying to work with constantly having issues. i have to submit client notes and it won’t even load the page where i have to write data
Fix bugs
After the update it does not save notes once signed, it completely erases the notes. App keeps freezing and blacking out

Beyond awful doesnt open and almost never saves your note. I don’t know why agencies use it

I want to be able to click on an RBT’s session and then a session will generate with a supervision session and everything would already be filled out.

We often have issues where notes don’t save online or offline and where it clocks people out no matter how any times they try to clock back in.

Much better than the rest
my therapist primarily use it for completing billing notes and capturing start and stop times. We haven’t had any problems problems with it so far.
GPS and off line data collection are incredible
Been using Theralytics for about 6 months. Working mostly in homes and schools our staff run into cell service or Wifi issues sometimes. Being able to collect data offline and it auto syncs as well as have parents sign off on notes right on the phone have been a huge upgrade for us.

I try to log in and it will kick me out impossible to log in

Had it for over a year with the company i used to work with and i cant remember a single time where we werent running into problems with it
Non-functional
Well over a year and this app is still utterly unusable...too busy fixing the multitude of incompetencies with the web-version I suppose. 😩
The latest updates force quits!!!
Please make changes to the latest update as the app does NOT work.
