I love TB the most out of all other methods of patient care documentation. The support staff is also wonderful, response promptly to try resolve my clinical issues for my patients.

Not working with iOS 26
Just a heads up… app is not working under iOS 26. I know iOS 26 is only available now as a beta but the official release is just around the corner and it would be a good idea to address the issue now!

Wish I could use the old version
The original therapyBOSS was my fairy favorite EMR. It was easy to use. It makes sense. It was visually pleasing. This new EMR is horrible. It is so confusing. It takes me 10 minutes after I open the patient to figure out how to chart maybe I’m stupid but if I’m stupid, I wouldn’t have a masters degree. I would have to say at this point it is one of my least favorite EMR’s that I’m forced to use.

5 Star rating simply put,it raises the efficiency and productivity of our program reducing accounting discrepancies with payroll,decreasing clinician to office direct contact by phone time while improving schedule plotting with overall geographical location mapping feature.

Would be helpful to have patient name as banner or similar once opening session note to ensure charting is on correct patient before getting too far into note.

Faster sync
I find the new app to run faster, sync faster and the fonts are easier to see.

I have found this updated app, compared to the first version, very user friendly. It flows so easily between pages. I like how when I first log into it, the calendar is right there. I especially love that I can click on the patient’s name from the calendar and get a quick synapsis of the patient’s address and can easily map patient address from there or even call patient, all without even needing to change screens.
I was resistant to it at first, but I am now grateful for the changes that were made. :)
