Basically just studying for NBCOT, was suggested by a trusted peer and downloaded the app. I like it, I like the rationale and explanation of the question/answer. Def recommend.
Never respond to feedback
I have been using this app for months now and no matter how many times I report questions that have clearly wrong answers, they are never corrected. For an app that is to be used for NPTE prep, wrong answers should never be a problem! Please respond to user feedback correction requests!

Incorrect and misleading questions
Many of the questions are misleading, omitting key information. Additionally, much of the rationale for the practice questions is incorrect.

Many of the questions are incorrect or use unclear wording. Disappointed in the quality of explanations for correct and incorrect answers.
Poor performance
Once I click review for the answers on the exam, it pulls up a black screen with nothing on it. App is no good.

Waste of Money (NBCOT Exam Prep)
Some of the answers are incorrect and I didn’t find the format to be practical either. Don’t bother you to use this app on a computer, it will hurt your eyes with how small the font is…
Incorrect info
Purchased to practice questions on the go. I can’t use it because a lot of questions are incorrect, so it just causes confusion. I used their own course manual to check the answers. Also, I received their course through my college included as part of my tuition, yet when I downloaded this app, which I paid separately for, I can no longer access the questions on my laptop and track my progress. I don’t know if it’s related, or just an all around quality control issue. I have tried to contact them several times, but am ignored. I will be noting this to my college advisor for the OT programs there because maybe they shouldn’t be promoting this company.

Bad customer support
I bought the practice questions for $100. They're great practice questions, no complaint there. My issue is that my percentage correct after each round of questions is never correct (or even close) and seemingly just a random value. I also purchased the practice exams for the boards so this makes me incredibly concerned that my practice exam scores may not be reliable for gauging my progress. I've reached out to TherapyEd multiple times but they've made no attempts to contact me regarding the issue.

Some tech issues but good
The app has great and relevant questions that are helping me to solidify my knowledge for the board exam. My only issue is that at times it will inaccurately track my correct percentage of answers which is concerning as it doesn’t always provide reliable feedback on performance.

I didn’t take the nbcot exam yet but I love this app and the accessibility to answer questions on my phone with instant feedback after answering questions!
Paying for incorrect questions
It’s really frustrating as a student when you’re studying for a test, trusting your study material to be high quality, and it fails you. I haven’t taken my exam yet, but there are significant issues in a few of the study questions that cause confusion… when they should be reinforcing the correct information. For the price of the app, all questions should be thoroughly proofed. There’s no reason for a question to ask about a “12 year old” and the answer rationale be about a “12 month old”.

Current DPT student in final month of program honest review.
Before buying this app, make sure to look on the website for a discount. I paid $39.99 instead of $99.
This app and TherapyEd in general has some definite strengths and weaknesses.
Strength and weaknesses of app and to a lesser extent TherapyEd:
A top strength for TherapyEd NPTE portion is that it is clear that the authors are content experts with academic and clinical expertise. The questions are valid individually and when grouped into practice test. This cannot be said of other prep providers. The questions tend to require deeper reasoning and be more difficult than other prep courses and this appears to be the common thought among peers. I personally like the additional brain flex.
The app provides thorough reasoning as to why a choice is correct and the others incorrect. It also provides the type of reasoning required.
As compared to the practice test, the app shows strength and weaknesses in your knowledge for every question versus comparing practice test.
The app is best paired with the book as the explanations cite their review and study guide book.
I weakness is that, currently, the questions draw from the same bank of 600 questions as the practice test. I would also like for there to be the ability to pair the practice test to the app and the other practice questions I have completed to see my stats.
A personal wish would be for a computer app as well. This would be more transferable to simulate the NPTE.

Too expensive
I am looking for app to solve more questions but $99 is expensive price especially for students. It should be like $33 for 4 months because few students need only for that amount of time.

Login is impossible
Every time I try to login I have to get a code, I cannot just use my password. Then once I’m in, I get a msg that something went wrong and I need to retry. I tried resetting password, same runaround codes and nonsense. I also cannot logjn on my Ipad with the same apple account, and memorang states you can use across devices. This is a lie. I feel like I have been scammed.
