Easy to Use

Great app, easy to navigate with clear instructions. Love the evidence incorporated throughout and the videos as well. The layout is fluid and caters to different learning styles. Wonderful tool for the busy clinician!

This app is Fantastic!

This app is the perfect combination of technology and evidence based practice. It's easy to use for patient education and exercise prescription. I really appreciate that it confers a high level of professionalism to my practice and communication with my patients. The feedback so far has been overwhelmingly positive from my patients so far. Thank you Clinically Relevant Technologies for creating another great resource for professionals and patients!

Does not state subscription amount up front

I deleted this app as soon as I loaded it. It is a subscription based product, which is fine. This is stated as soon as you open the app, but the fees are not stated upfront. I looked for quite awhile, and could not find what the fees are. I believe they should state the fees immediately when opening the app. “If you want this service it costs x amount...” State the fees up front so we can make an informed decision and then I’ll consider using your app.

Hi Mattydread - I'm really sorry you found the subscription pricing confusing. We tried to make it as straightforward and transparent as we could. The app is free to download and you can have 3 free 30 minute, full featured sessions to try out the app. Then you have two subscription options - monthly or yearly. The pricing for both is clearly stated on the button that you have to select when choosing either option (month or year subscription). So you don't need to worry about being charged a subscription when you download the app. To get one of the paid subscriptions, you'll have to select this through an in-app purchase and you'll have a chance to confirm this after selecting. If you accidentally subscribe, you can easily 'return' the app through the app store. Again, I'm sorry you found the process confusing. We'll reexamine how we present our subscription options to see if we can make the process more straightforward. Thanks for taking the time to write this review. Clinically Relevant Technologies.
