Easy to print PDFs only
Downloaded to use thermal printer from Hero Packaging. However most labels are provided in PNG or JPG format, and the label must be converted to PDF in order for the ThermalPrint app to be shown as an option to print to. Works well, but this info beforehand would be good - could be even better if the app permitted printing of PNG & JPG/JPEG formats.

Rubbish and too many steps
Got this app as suggestion from hero thermal printing site after buying first thermal printer for small online business with the impression I could create logos and labels from within the actual thermal print app, but unfortunately have to create limited logos from Canva app unless you pay for pro edition of that and then try save the app onto iPhone as a pdf otherwise the thermal app won’t allow you to select it to print. When you download your file from canva even after setting label size it changes the logo and distorts once saved, so when you print the actual label the quality is rubbish. If it stayed original quality it probably would look good, I’ve had to duplicate font to stop it missing parts of the logo, disappointing from hero printing site and thermal app. Could have been easier.

Borderline useless
Tedious to use, can only print existing pdf files, you can’t print simple text labels etc, and it has a convoluted process to even get access to a file in the first place - you can’t add a pdf from within the app, have to multitask, locate the file then “share” it to the app. Absolutely terrible.
faster option to delete labels
there needs to be a faster option to delete labels. why do we need to press on each one to delete it. it takes so long
New update ruined this app
New update doesn’t work. Can’t alter the size of my labels, app just crashes.
