Even the brightest, most technically savvy people could use SOME idea of how to use this app as a human thermometer (you know… the way it was marketed?).

I purchased the ThermGo from Kickstarter and it is a piece of junk.
Not useful
I also purchased thru Kickstarter as a no touch thermometer. Mainly to be used to monitor people temperatures for Covid symptoms. No instructions. Seems to be geared for, with cute picture, milk, bath and tea. No obvious setting for a person. What a waste for a good idea
Epic Fail
Epic Fail of a Kickstarter. Don’t even bother downloading the app. Nice hardware device that is absolutely worthless of you don’t get the software right. They missed the software by a mile!!!
Not well designed.
There are no instructions and the device is not intuitive. There are no settings for scale, it only measures in Celsius. There are 3 icons for measuring, including tea, but no human.

If you bought the device needed for this app you wasted your $$
I bought the device from Kickstarter. It was advertised as a way to quickly take your (human) temperature. Here are the issues I have found.
1. The device doesn’t attach to your phone if it’s in a case.
2. The app-clunky with zero directions
3. The app-only reads in Celsius which is not helpful to the US
4. The app- is set up with child like pictures to choose milk, bath or tea to measure the temp. (Where’s the human)
5. The app and ThermGo device just plain stink.

There seem to B major problems with the product
I don’t see how to get the temperature in degrees Fahrenheit
I bought this to measure people’s temperatures but there is no option for that, only milk tea an baths
