Best Customer Service

I had an issue with my ThermoMaven P2 after a couple of years of use. I contacted the company via their app and described my problem. They went above and beyond not only to solve my problem but in a very responsive and immediate time frame. I was blown away by their excellent service. I highly recommend them not only for an excellent product but for an outstanding service to its customers. In 2026 very few companies can match ThermoMaven!!! BUY THEIR PRODUCTS!!!!

Very handy vs wired

The multiple temp trends and dual inside meat vs cook temp is a plus. Several times my smoker has cut off due to my estimated cook times were off and being able to monitor it was very handy.
