Thought I was paying for the app and it was an add for something else which I haven’t got a clue what it is . DO NOT USE THIS APP
I think there is confusion…
About what this app is- it doesn’t magically read your body temperature from your Apple Watch- it is an app that allows you to manually enter your temperature on the watch, and then syncs it into your Apple Health app. It does that, perfectly well.
Irrelevant in my opinion
Honestly, what is the point of this app? I can do this without adding another app to my phone or watch face. I really don’t think this app has any real purpose. If it does, I haven’t figured it out. It was misleading & I thought at first it’s tell me my temp from my wrist. Wrong!

Requires you to enter temp manually, doesn’t record temperature automatically.

What’s the point in having an app which says it can read your temperature which then allows you to manually change the temperature gauge! Don’t waste your time downloading like I did. It’s also full of ads!

Doesn’t take temp
Downloaded this after Covid vaccination thinking it would take temp but it doesn’t. I’m looking for something that takes temperature not having to take it from something else and input in to this app. No god for me, sorry
Works as intended
Seeing as most people can’t read the description they probably won’t read this either but the app isn’t extended to measure your temperature. The watch is not capable of that. It is solely for you to enter the temperature you measure yourself so that you have a log of it in Apple health. Nothing more. People leaving one star reviews because they expected the app to be able to do something that the watch isn’t capable of is ridiculous. Read the description and know what the watch can do before you complain.

As the app says: iWatch does not record body temperature
Yes the app works, but can’t actually measure your body temp (the watch doesn’t have that capability). So don’t complain it doesn’t work. Read the app info. Yes, I was disappointed to learn the app is only a place for you to record your body temp. Just like the blood pressure or blood sugar recordings. You need an external device to collect the data, then you manually enter (record) your findings in the watch app.

Love It!
I love this and your BP+ App... it is so easy to add my temp and blood pressure to the Apple Health app from my Apple Watch, much easier than adding it directly. I always add vitals taken at a doctor’s visit to my Apple Health App so I can track trends. During a recent illness when I ran fever for an extended period, this app was very valuable. Thank you!

Pretty Pointless
Buy a thermometer and record results on pc. If it is not going to measure the temp then why have it.
Does not register body temperature.
I thought this app was supposed to register body temperature. It has registered my body temperature at either 96° or 111.01° and nothing in between. I’m still alive so that can’t be right.
Body temperature 96 F
I think it is a joke that body temperature is 96F always in my Series 5 Apple Watch. I thought they are able to use one of the sensors in Apple Watch to leverage the functionality. Apple would have given this function right away though a software update, with the COVID-19 situation, to watch your body temperature. It is a need for the day. But there may some issues with the accuracy. A best bet would be to get this functionality from new airpods as the ear measurements are the most accurate for body temperatures. The APP is a data entry tool for HealthKit application. Measure the temperature from any thermometer and enter it manually. I am deleting the free APP.

First it said my temp was 96.0 then a minute later it read 111.01 I’m not a dr but pretty sure I’d be convulsing if my temp was that high. Waste of time to download.

Have to manually input temperature, which sort of defeats the purpose of having it on a watch.

Changed it to Basal body temperature and it said the same thing.. sad

Misleading
Doesn’t measure body temperature just helps you inject data to Health app.
