This app wont let you play music on casino games and randomly logs you out when you place a winning bet on a casino game.
Disorganized and not honest
I signed up and won a bet and withdrew part of my winnings and left part in my account to continue to use. The bet was regraded days after it closed and was withdrew, and the regraded amount was less than half - why wouldn’t your system automatically do this? And then the funds I left in my account disappeared and after contacting customer service numerous times, I was told it was escalated internally and I would be contacted - never was. I finally wasted more time contacting them again and they requested a bank statement?…how would this show what I left in your account from the amount I left from the money I won from you? This had nothing to do with my bank other than I withdrew funds to it.
This betting platform is sub-par compared to its competitors and gave me nothing but a headache and wasted my time over a minimal amount of money.
I would never recommend this site to anyone and strongly suggest you pass and sign up for others.

I am being told that I need to upload a bunch of bank information to just get a withdrawal. They email me and when I email back for questions they do not respond to you. SCAM!!! Do not bet on this app. Terrible
Unethical
Typically this site has been good and half decent promos but they are very unethical, recently put out a promo to split $50,000 in the home run derby if a player hits the sign, which happened, the sites twitter page even posted about it, then they randomly cancel it due to an “error”. No proper explanation and a measly $10 credit. Very disgusting work.

For those wondering or coming here that are used to sites like Betty or Bet365 or MGM, this app does not do immediate withdrawals and takes up to 7 days to get your withdrawal back into your account. I will say that I come here often to play and the odds of winning are very high however, the withdrawals are important in my experience of playing these apps that if you have to wait up to 7 days to receive your money every time, it gets annoying quickly. @TheScore perhaps learn something from your competitors as I don’t come here often to play anymore because of this.
