My wife did not receive new player casino bonus even tho she loss money within 24hrs. We try contacting vio phone, chat and email support but they could not solve our issue. This is scam online casino. They Betriver or FanDuel instead.

I have used quite a few online casino platforms and this one by far has the worst VIP program…. I don’t even think they should be able to call it a VIP program or status. Very disappointing bonuses, other apps send you bonuses for being a loyal player… don’t expect anything from the score bet. You are better off using Betty or BetRivers. Also VIP hosts are rude and unresponsive. The app is nice but doesn’t make it worth it. So disappointing!!!
