Constantly get error just trying to bring up app on iPhone. Always says “we are working on it”. No help from support. Also, why do you write editorials about Tucker C and Elon Musk when this is supposed to be an investing info site? Has it become a political tool? Also, stop writing fluff about fast food menu changes. For god’s sake.

Easily Worst App on IOS Store
Crashes all the time. There appears to be absolutely no effort to fix or improve it - they know the issues. Quite stunning really.
Today app not working at all for any tab (I subscribe to them all). My guess is this may be the beginning of the end for the app altogether.
Non-existent customer service too. They really do not seem to care - just tell you to access via web.

Doesn’t work at all. Apple should remove this app
The app has been broken for months. Called them and they claim they are “working on it”. The subscription is very expensive for this lack of service.
Feature needed
If I watch videos online for my subscription I can watch them at 1.5x or 2x speed but there is no option for that in the app. I have a busy work schedule and need this feature in the app.

I’ve stopped using the app. The website is better but has very annoying challenges, sending you codes by email that you’re to type in on the web. Only it takes forever for them to send them. By the time you can get in it’s about 10 minutes later. I don’t have time for that.
Real Money Pro tab doesn’t work on IOS
I have been a subscriber to The Street for a few years. For the past year or so the Real Money Pro tab doesn’t work. All the other tabs open without any issues but when I try to open Real Money Pro the app closes completely and the articles can’t be seen. I was told by customer service that this is only an issue with the app on IOS and needless to say is frustrating.

Going downhill
This app used to be manageable. Now I get emails to check out articles that don’t send me to the article. I’m less and less impressed every day.
Daily Diary hasn’t worked in weeks
App worked well for years for the Daily Diary. Something changed a few weeks ago and something is wrong with the app. You can’t read the daily diary on the app correctly. Contacted support , they claim they are aware. Better to delete the app and view the website on the browser.

Since the update it wont run on IPad, loads then crashes. Still works on IPhone. Frustrating since we pay for a subscription and they don’t seem to care.

Crashing while the market is OPEN
Entire app continues to randomly crash. Very frustrating considering I have the Action Alerts Plus subscription, so it is hard to get the alerts. PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP.
After reading other reviews I too can not see entire charts in the research sections and articles. AAP has helped me, it is ironic that the technology companies AAP endorses are the ones supporting the app! Can you look into this for Cramer and the team!

4 years of horrible reviews without a sing measurable or noticeable improvement in the most glaring deficiencies.

Crashing App
I’ve been patient with this application for 3 to 4 years and they’ve never dealt with the iPhone app crashing in the middle of every time I watch a video. Within the four years I figured since were paying so much money they would rebuild it, I wonder if Jim Cramer is aware of this.
And yes I have deleted the app and re-download it numerous times. I’ve spoken to customer service at least five times. And they always say it’ll be fixed next week.
Push notifications don’t work either. The worst app that I still use. 😂
