起動してから説明画面が出るけど消し方わかんねーし、やっと消したらいつまで経っても撮影画面でねーし、はっきり言うけど訳がわかりません。猛省と改善を求めます。
Photo to Video export save to album fail to save
It used to work fine on iOS 17 or pre 18.6 upgrade. Now it says fail to save every time on exporting to album, also not working if export to Instagram

this app doesn't save animated videos anywhere. it saves and then Failed to save in the album
Ricoh does not care about customer
You spent money buying their expensive camera and they decide to not support you later. My camera still works. Don’t buy Ricoh product, never trust Ricoh as a company.

Was great for editing 360 images now fails to save
This was a really useful app for editing 360 images but sadly now it fails to save the video when exporting.

PLEASE add an option to export animations at 60 frames per second, rather than just 30.
Stopped saving animations
The app worked fine for a while. All of the sudden it stopped saving the little planet animations.

2025年初から新しいTHETA画像が扱えない🥵
サポートは2023年で終了していましたが、2024年までTHETA画像は扱えていました。新機能は追加されないのは諦めていましたが、今まで通りTHETA画像を扱えてリトルプラネットが作成できると思っていました。THETA360に移行してもリトルプラネット作成の機能が無いようで、困っています🥵

久々にSCを使ったらiPhone16だとカメラロールへの保存が失敗になります。
試しにし昔使ってたiPhone6のiOS12.5.7で保存したところカメラロールに保存できました。
アプリの更新が終わり最新のiOSに対応してないのかも？と思います。
最新のiOSなら手間になりますがicloud driveのファイルに一旦保存する事ができますので、theta+を使いたいユーザーさんはお試し下さい。

Can no longer save animated images
Can no longer export final animated images. Could do so back as late as August 2024, but can no longer Save to Camera Roll (or any other option ... error: "failed to save in album"
All permission are correct. Changed nothing in the app, so an IOS update must have broken something.

アウトドアで久しぶりにシータで動画撮影。編集しようとアプリをダウンロード。保存ができない。久しぶりに出したシータ、使う頻度がまた遠のいていく。メーカーに不信感を抱きながら、防湿庫の奥に仕舞いました。メーカーはRICOHだったっけ？
