Photo to Video export save to album fail to save
It used to work fine on iOS 17 or pre 18.6 upgrade. Now it says fail to save every time on exporting to album, also not working if export to Instagram

this app doesn't save animated videos anywhere. it saves and then Failed to save in the album
Ricoh does not care about customer
You spent money buying their expensive camera and they decide to not support you later. My camera still works. Don’t buy Ricoh product, never trust Ricoh as a company.

Was great for editing 360 images now fails to save
This was a really useful app for editing 360 images but sadly now it fails to save the video when exporting.

Please update the app as it now cannot export with new iOS
60 FPS please!!!!
PLEASE add an option to export animations at 60 frames per second, rather than just 30.
Stopped saving animations
The app worked fine for a while. All of the sudden it stopped saving the little planet animations.

With new IOS update the video can not be saved! Please fix
Can no longer save animated images
Can no longer export final animated images. Could do so back as late as August 2024, but can no longer Save to Camera Roll (or any other option ... error: "failed to save in album"
All permission are correct. Changed nothing in the app, so an IOS update must have broken something.

EXIF DATA lost
The EXIF data for Make and Model gets removed when using the editor.
This is highly important for me otherwise the app is essentially useless, because then I have to use computer to add it back on.. so if I will use a computer then I will edit there also.. therefore the app becomes obsolete.
Please fix this as I prefer to use my phone

Waste of time and storage
This app is awful, it doesent do ehst it says it does it just makes the picture go wierd. Its not a 3D view it just squishes the picture. Honestly theres no point in gettting this app its pointless. Thanks for reading my honest review!

Can’t capture 360, so no point.
I just want a free spherical panoramic photography app. Want to capture equirectangular images, preferably as lossless 16-bit PNG or EXR. But this app is only for messing around with existing pano pics. I’m not really sure who this is for.

App is horrible/ camera is horrible
Don’t waste your time with this camera, when exporting videos, they end up with a black screen for 90% of the video. Will definitely be returning
