Pneumonic password
Used once to deposit money and misplaced the pneumonic password. I can’t believe there are no recovery options.
Theta wallet
Doesn’t work anymore. No service to help out. Can’t access my theta. Haven’t changed anything from the beginning.
Does not work at all now
Update: still does not work. Have uninstalled and reinstalled many times. Works fine on my iPad. Doesn’t seem to be any effort to fix this issue.
I have been using this app since 2021, with no issues. Several months ago something changed and now the app will not progress past the pin entry screen, regardless of reinstalling and importing your wallet multiple times.

Great Potential, Needs iOS Node Support
I've been using Theta EdgeCloud on Android, and it's genuinely transformative for leveraging idle computing power for both earning and supporting a decentralized network. The service is smooth, the rewards system is fair, and the impact on AI and media processing is exciting to watch unfold.
However, I'm an iOS user at heart, and not being able to run nodes on my iPhone or iPad is a significant limitation. I understand the technical challenges, but the potential user base on iOS is huge. Adding this feature would not only make Theta more inclusive but could also significantly expand the network's capacity and utility.
I really hope Theta Labs considers developing an iOS version of the node app. Until then, I'll keep using it on Android but would switch in a heartbeat if iOS support was available. Here's to hoping for a future update that includes us iOS users!

Can’t even up and running
Logging is not possible. I put the password on, but don’t activate the wallet.
Where’s my Theta!!
I transferred from my coinbase wallet months ago & it is not there. I found it under my Theta address on etherscan but have no idea how to access. I wrote them & got no reply. I see someone else commented PANIC, but they were able to have their issue fixed.
App is Inaccessible
Whether creating a wallet or trying to import one, the app does not proceed any further beyond the opening screen.
Safe Secure and Fast
From my review this app is safe, secure and fast. It's always best to remove long-term THETA positions off the exchanges onto this app. Great product, thanks. Marius Landman

I’ve been using the app since September 2020.
I used it as a “hot” wallet, from where I staked my tokens, but then quickly adopted a Ledger “cold” wallet. I put most of my tokens in cold wallets for ling term staking, and use the hot wallet (this app) for some short term staking (THETA, TFUEL, TDROP, LAVITA). It’s convenient. It’s nothing complicated or overly fancy, but I like it and still use it to this day (43 months and counting). If they can add a feature where you can on-ramp (buy tokens on the app), that would be awesome. Thanks.

Swap feature disappears
The swap feature disappears and reappears. It doesn’t connect to the swap website. Other than that it’s good
Best for Theta tokens
If you think to store your Theta Network tokens elsewhere DO NOT! This is the best wallet for Theta Network, don't trust 3rd party wallets if native one exists.
New tech with poor app??
This app is very generic for starters. For this to be some innovative technology yet can’t even get a decent app that functions beyond a blank screen after an update is brutal. I see plenty of other people are having the same issue, yet nothing is done. Once I can get access to my Theta, I’m selling off asap.

Not able to open app
When I open the app I get a blank screen. I am using iPhone 12. Please advise.

Been using this for a couple of years. Works well and is easy to use. Maybe people saying they’ve had their tokens disappear from it accidentally gave out their wallet details or clicked some link in the past?
