I think the purpose is achieved by the devs, whatever they set out to achieve. I enjoy the videos posted in this app, they are a lot of fun. The UI is pretty well designed as well.

This is a great way of seeing all your videos and keeping up to date. The app is a bit slow on my iPod and I wish the layout was simpler. However, none of this kept me from finding my favorite videos.
