Out of business.
A third party company proving the backend for TheTenn sent an email that the operation is shut down and it told you to move your money out, long after the ability to do so stopped functioning. And tech support stopped responding. They say money will be returned, but no one responds from TheTenn or Evolve bank and trust, no way to contact anyone. I had the card about 2 months when it stopped working, it’s suddenly gone

Tenn is GONE OUTTA BUSINESS
Terrible how this “company” with warning closed the same day a email was sent out saying they have cease operation. But worst part was, a third party service announced this, not TheTenn. I’m done with Fintech companies.

App is not a banking app but a credit app don’t send your direct deposit here you won’t be able to access your funds and the customer support is trash and no help honestly will be posting the footage soon
Froze card and funds and no way to contact support
My account was working fine until my card and account were frozen with no explanation other than contact support except the message feature in the app no longer works and the phone number says no one is available and I could only email.
Don’t get it
It won’t let me withdraw or send my deposit of the card
False advertisement
I seen this app on TikTok advertising if you open a account with a qualifying direct deposit of $200 or more you go $50 bonus credit to your account. All you have to do is wait 5 days to receive the $50. So I waited 5 days and decided to message customer service. I asked customer service when I would be expecting my $50 bonus like the advertisement stated and nothing happened until day 7 then I was told by a customer service agent named Danny who told me I do get the $50 bonus because I spent the $200 in my account and didn’t leave it in there. No where it was said I had to leave the $200 in my account to receive the $50 credit. I feel like this app is false advertising and these people are just trying to get new members. I suggest you do your research before sign anything with TheTenn bank app. If I could give this app a negative review star I would. Poor customer service as well.
