About
ThilaView helps you follow Kulhudhuffushi Regional Hospital (KRH) live queue information from your phone—without refreshing a browser tab.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Browse live consultation-room queues and related service displays when data is available.
• Pin rooms you care about and keep them easy to find.
• Create optional token alerts: get a notification when a room’s live display token crosses a threshold you choose (with sensible cooldowns).
• Read hospital contact numbers for common lines (for convenience—verify critical numbers on paperwork or at reception if unsure).
• Sign in with Google to sync alerts across installs and use feedback features where enabled.
PUSH NOTIFICATIONS
Notifications are optional. You can allow or change them anytime in iOS Settings. If you enable alerts, the app registers a device token with the service so rule-based messages can be delivered. You may still see in-app notices for some updates even when a push is not used.
IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS
ThilaView is a community convenience app. It is not published by the hospital, not an official patient portal, and not a source of medical advice. Queue and roster information is loaded from an online service and may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. Always follow instructions from hospital staff, signage, and official paperwork. For emergencies, use your local emergency number and services.
PRIVACY & ACCOUNT
When you sign in with Google, the app uses your account for features that need an identity (for example, saving your alert rules and optional device registration for notifications). See the Privacy Policy URL on this App Store page. A short “Data we collect” summary is also available inside the app under Settings.
REQUIREMENTS
An internet connection is required. Some features depend on the availability and accuracy of upstream data sources.
If something looks wrong with a queue display, treat the in-hospital systems and staff as the source of truth.
