Y’all need to update this glitchy app
Having Issues checking out 80% of the time
Doesn’t work.
This app is terrible. I just downloaded it, and it’s glitching like crazy as I attempt to set it up. When I add my phone number, the “Next” bar remains grayed out, and I cannot proceed. Please fix your app.
Delete Account
I’ve been to Think Coffee about three times. Each time I’ve been disappointed with the staff and my meal. How can I delete my account? There doesn’t seem to be an option. Thank you.
Latest update killed the APP
For over one year, this app worked perfectly. Since the latest update about two weeks ago, the Apple completely doesn’t work. I can select my beverage but it soon as I try to put it into my cards to check out, there is an error message that says , “Whoops! There was a problem adding this item to your order.“ I have brought this to the attention of multiple store clerks at my local location for Think Coffee and many of them have told me to uninstall and reinstall the app. I have been doing this daily and it does not work for two weeks straight. Someone needs to fix this ASAP because it’s clearly not just my phone and there seems to be a background code error.”
