About

The Think Pink Guide app: your guide through your appointments Keeping track of the questions that you as a breast cancer patient want to ask during your appointments with care providers is important: you don't want to forget anything at the moment of your appointment. That is why Think Pink, the national breast cancer campaign in Belgium, has developed a handy app, so that you can keep a handy overview of all of your questions per appointment. You can also add your own questions yourself. Together, the Think Pink Guide app and the Think Pink book will allow you to actively participate in decisions about your treatment. Handy overview per theme The app reunites all possible questions per topic, such as types of medical examinations, surgery, chemotherapy, costs, children, work … This way, you are prepared and you will also ask important questions you possibly didn’t think of yourself. Link your questions to an appointment Schedule an appointment in the app, fill in the name of the care provider you have an appointment with and, finally, link questions to that appointment. Add your own questions Is there a question that you cannot immediately find in the list of sample questions? Don’t worry: you can easily add your own questions. Save the drawings and diagrams made by your care providers Oftentimes, your care provider will make you diagrams or a drawings. Take a picture of them and add them to the app. This way, they are always within reach. Breast cancer from A to Z The breast clinic team often uses difficult words. That is why you will find a handy list in which we explain these words, so that you always know what your care providers are talking about.
