Very disappointed
Just installed a ring wired camera doorbell in 20 minutes. Been dealing with this subpar system for two days.
Rating
I have the system to monitor my place but I can’t access it from my iPhone!!! For security to come if there’s any issue takes forever from 40min to 1 hour or more (it’s not a joke). I would give 0 stars but is not possible.
This Camera stinks
Its been a year of dying batteries without notifications, poor connecitvity, issues retrieving stored video files and minimal IT support. Restarting my modem and reconnecting the device isnt a secure and safe way to protect your home. I bought the ring 2 on amazon for 209$ with wired power and a 5$ base subscription. Well worth it to get rid of this junk.

The door bell camera doesn’t work for ios13
I have the think protection doorbell camera. It doesn’t work on ios13. The app needs to fix and work on new IOS. Otherwise this is useless.
Doesn’t miss the action
Easy iPhone install, Think-Help did help. Needed to build a wedge between mount & wall to get optimum viewing angle (real easy, one pass across scrap 2x4 end with circular saw & one hole thru it). While on vay-cay, could review cat-sitter going in & out OK.
Separate alert tone on iPhone
There is only one alert tone when someone triggers the motion on the camera. There should be an option to change the alert tone in our iPhone so users know based on that specific alert tone that it could be an emergency. Allowing us to choose a better alert tone that we will recognize is an important feature to have.

Terrible system
I have used many security cameras both at home and at the work place.
These cameras are unstable, choppy, no cloud storage.
The recordings are behind.
The notifications come late too.
I have 5 cameras.
I can’t say one positive about owning this.
