New app works
I was using the old app which was awful. Got new one which now works.
Trouble zones beeps
The main component keeps on beeping even if you fix the battery issue with motion sensor. Called customer service 2-3 times with no solution
Doesn’t work when it’s really needed!
When you need the app the most it doesn’t load and work!
Cleaner
Sometimes application is lugging and becomes not usable at all. Have to call and representatives do some cleaning on their end, then the application is back to normal.
Doesn’t open on first try!
Every time a change is made they can’t get the tech right! Try arming/disarming first try and you have to close the app and restart! Yes, I did reinstall the app!
