Awful
To log into this app, I have to repeatedly hit sign in. If I’m lucky, after 40 or 50 tries, it will open the app. I don’t understand why the developers won’t fix this obvious long-standing issue.
Terrible app
As others have mentioned, I can never log in to the app. Really terrible. No idea why they haven’t fixed this.
Garbage app
This app has had glitches for years. Can’t set alarm w it as it doesn’t even let you login. Makes me want to switch alarm companies.

Canceled ThinkProtection
Garbage app, login fails all the time, im not gonna continue to pay $20+ a month for an unusable alarm system. Might as well switch to Ring
No longer working
The app no longer functions to arm or disarm the system. Pretty much the only thing it’s supposed to do :(
App stopped working properly
Shows alarm unarmed when it actually is. Go downstairs and alarm goes off. Have disarm on keypad.
WORST APP EVER, USELESS
I think in 6 months I’ve been able to log in 3 times. I call customer service and they say “it works fine when I log in” …

App Still In Development Stage
This is app is not fully developed. It’s worse than the previous. Didn’t the developers tested the app before releasing i? That’s so careless. I have deleted the app and returned to the old one. If there’s no change and am forced to use it, sorry I’ll find another service.
Notifications??
Notifications no longer work, as many other users have mentioned. Please fix this!
Password Issue
This app needs an update. Every time I log in, it makes me choose a new password! I went to the Troubleshooting section of their website and it’s under construction. I’d appreciate someone getting back to me.

Please get notifications working. It stopped in August.
Push Notifications
App notifications are not working for ios 13. I am only relying on Mail notifications.

The app does not show the option to pair lights/thermostats/etc. Bugs need to be worked out

I changed from iPhone 7 to 11 and I can no longer open the app on my new phone. I tried updating the phone, I tried deleting and reinstalling it, nothing works. How do I get the app to work?

I am a new Think Protection client.
Having an app that would allow me to manage our devices remotely and arm / disarm the system was a selling feature.
This app works for a few hours or a day on my iPhone but then suddenly crashes every time I am trying to open it. The only solution seems to uninstall / reinstall.
That is not acceptable. This app needs to get fixed, otherwise I will have no choice other than to return everything and look for a provider with more reliable app support.
