I love it, easy to use and makes one understand so much more. We oftentimes keep destroying ourselves expecting to be happier , and I am really glad I found this app, it makes me percieve my same statement about myself in a complete different light. Yes if you want the premium with everything it is pricy, but I believe it is definitely worthy. I still use the free version and I must say I am quite Impressed for I tested out many mental health apps and this is one of the best , with high quality content. Thanks

Made a big difference
Since using this app, I feel like I can tackle the world because the exercise are so small but they are the biggest help because they help me change my way of thinking. I also really love that it's completely free.
Anyways, It's helped me deal with a lot of stuff and I look forward to using it to further my growth

Very poor quality app for the money
Constantly crashes, unforgivable at this price
Null error very often
Guys, you have a quite good app, helps me to think more on a positive side, but the “null” error appears way too often! It happens when you save a thought to the toolbox or light a candle. Please check with your developer guys :) I can send screenshots if needed. Cheers!

Levels
You ask me how I’m feeling and to pick a relatable face that best represents my current state.
Then I go through the levels you suggest but I cannot specify my true current feeling about ideas or explore the beliefs/ideas behind why I reject them and what ideas/beliefs come from that. I’m frustrated that I cannot choose reject even when it is truly accurate in my moment.
I’m frustrated. How can I reach and correct the very depth of my ideas/beliefs? Those at the very core of my shame, hidden from the world but for myself alone to bear the burden of, believe and carry on? These are misshaped and deformed ideas /beliefs created out of my own experiences of physical, sexual, emotional abuse and trauma.
Until the pain of my trauma and abuse are mended, soothed and healed more and more history and ideas/beliefs leading to more complex meanings to all my deficits should result so I can be freed of so much emotional stress. if I can’t explore ideas separately or focus on a past difficulty separately? That would be the only way to truly improve my congested with thoughts and memories brain to be able to function at its greatest ability without the persistent interference of my severely uncontrollable emotions.

App Screen Issues Mk It Inoperable
I actually really liked the app & would hv given it 5 stars for its simplicity & relative efficacy. But after a few weeks it became unusable bcz the bottom of the first screen which asks you to record yr mood is hidden & you are therefore unable to click to move on to the next screen. Extremely frustrating . Pls fix this bug & I’ll revise my rating.

Not been long but enjoying it so far
It’s only been a few days so hard to gauge the efficacy at this stage but enjoyable so far
Fantastic concept
This is such a great concept and so far I’ve found it helpful and easy to use.
Helpful during a troubling time
I’m currently going through a divorce and custody battle. So things are hitting the floor for me. The positive affirmations in these exercises have been helpful in lifting my mood and keeping me hopeful. I look forward to continuing to use the app and flip my negative thoughts.

Charged $60 for FREE trial - premium not unlocked
I agreed to the one week free trial. I was immediately charged $60.00 for a year without the option to choose the monthly option, and without being able to cancel before the trial period ended. The premium content didn't even unlock! So now I've been charged without a way to contact the company directly. I was VERY happy with the app prior to this.

Good app but £59 for the year is way to muc
Really enjoyed the app, well laid out and lots of good content.
Didn't realise it cost £59 for a year until I went to use it one morning and couldn't access it without paying that.
That seems very expensive to me, but I guess it's before I can't afford to spend that - so have had to stop using it. If you can afford it then do it it's a good app to do every morning. Just personally think that's quite high to charge for a years app subscription.
