saw this on a tiktok and downloaded immediately. i have adhd so i struggle with time blindness and i lose hours to apps that don’t deserve my time. now i understand why and seeing how using them effects me is scary and amazing at the same time 👀

Where has this been?!

Honestly idk where to start this is just so cool. I LOVE checking my little brain status throughout the day, and the fact that it drains faster when i’m on apps i shouldn’t be on is crazy. i’ve used other app blockers before but the team clearly put way more care and attention into this and it shows! if you’re someone who has a love/hate relationship with your phone at all this is 100% worth it!
